本計畫之總體目標為研發高安全性、低耗能之物聯網電路及系統，並整合所開發之技術於無人載具或可移動智慧裝置之物聯網環璄中。目前成果包括:

✦　具晶片身分驗證功能的物理密鑰(PUF)元件及系統設計技術
✦　具非揮發性記憶體之低功耗處理器之關鍵技術
✦　超低功耗之類比數位轉換(ADC)技術
✦　高安全性網路，支援資料加密、傳輸、檢驗及認證技術
✦　超低功耗及高安全性之無線傳輸技術
✦　高安全性之動態加密掃描測試電路設計技術

The main objectives of this project are to develop various high-security and low-power technologies for IoT circuits and systems, and to integrate these technologies to actual IoT systems such as unmanned vehicles (or drones) and wearable devices. The developed techniques include: unleaded sensors, physical unclonable functions, non-volatile-memory based CPUs, low-power ADC, high-security RF and network, secure circuit design/test techniques, etc.
